When and where ICLAD2021 will take place?

The 5th ILSAS International Conference on Learning & Development (ICLAD2021) is a blended conference. With the conference’s theme, Towards Energy Transition : Harmonizing With The New Norm, ICLAD2021 will take place from 16th November 2021 till 18th November 2021, Tuesday till Thursday which can be accessed via this link

What are the dates and opening hours?

ICLAD2021 will commence from the 15th November 2021 till 18th November 2021, Monday till Thursday. The website is accessible for 24 hours in the course of 4 days but operational hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm (Malaysian time)

Who can attend ICLAD2021?

ICLAD2021 is OPEN TO ALL

How do I log in?

Once you have been registered, you may log in HERE using your registered email address and password.

How do I change the password?

Click on a Profile Image on the top right corner > Profile > Edit my profile > Change your password in the field below > Click Save

What if I forget my password?

Go to login page > Click Forget your Password > Key in your email address > You will receive an email together with a link to reset your password

Can I share my username & password to another user?

Sorry, it is not allowed. You only can log in one device at a time.

What happen if I missed the conference?

If you have missed the conference, replay sessions is available at ICLAD2021 virtual platform.

How long to visit this virtual platform?

ICLAD2021 will take place from 16th November 2021 till 18th November 2021 (Tuesday till Thursday) but the entire event will still be accessible through 15th November 2021

How do I navigate on the virtual platform?

Once you have logged into the ICLAD virtual platform, you may view the tutorial video. Click on the TUTORIAL at the navigation menu.

Can I view ICLAD2021 from my smartphone or tablet?

YES, ICLAD2021 will be mobile responsive. You can participate from any desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet that is connected to the internet. We do recommend using the Chrome browser for best results. & Don’t forget to wear your Virtual Reality glasses on the virtual event.

What if I log in into the virtual platform and keep it running without doing anything?

Your session will be terminated after 1 hour of being idle and you are required to log in again.

How to collect points?

You able to collect points by answering questions in the Quiz Section.

When can I get my e-certificate?

You will get an e-certificate by the end of the event and the feedback questions need to be completed.
